At The Formula, we strive to provide our customers with the best shipping experience possible. Below is our detailed shipping policy to help you understand how we handle your orders.
SHIPPING AREAS
Whilst we predominantly ship to the United Kingdom, there is the possibility of shipping worldwide. Unfortunately, any shipping deals or promises of free delivery only apply to UK orders and orders outside of the UK are excluded.
If your country is not included when checking out, please contact sam@theformula.shop and we will fix any errors or exclusions of countries.
ORDER PROCESSING AND MULTIPLE ITEMS
Orders with multiple items will typically be shipped together in one package. If your order requires additional boxes due to size or quantity, we will contact you to inform you of any changes.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on our order tracking page.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please first check the order tracking page using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable—if you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will not be included.
For returns valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
- Reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary.

DAMAGES, ISSUES OR FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received a faulty item or there is damage to the product, please contact us via the CONTACT US page (or email sam@theformula.shop) so we can evaluate the issue at hand and make everything right.
Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Product to be returned
- Description of fault/issue/damage (with photos if applicable)
Refund or replacement to be sent after we have investigated the issue. We can process a full refund, or send a replacement.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
